We are pleased to offer Grass Fed Beef to our farm followers. Millstone Farm collaborated with Ken Jaffe, a beef producer at Slope Farms, https://www.slopefarms.com , in the Western Catskills. He raised two steers for us this spring on his pastures. “Pure Catskill dry-aged beef, grass fed, and grass finished. Enjoy this delicious local beef that was raised only on pasture grasses, water, and minerals. No hormones, grain, antibiotics, or chemicals.”
